About:
Hello and welcome!
I’m a fully qualified Foot Health Practitioner, trained with the renowned SMAE Institute in Maidenhead and awarded my Diploma in Foot Health in November 2016 with merit. I’m also a proud member of both the College of Foot Health Practitioners and the Association of Foot Health Practitioners, and I’m DBS checked, fully insured, and hold a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work qualification—for your complete peace of mind.
My journey into foot health began after watching my late mum suffer for years with painful feet. From a very young age, I remember going with her to chiropody appointments, and it stayed with me. After she passed away, I felt a calling to help others in the same way—but I’ll admit, at the age of 50, it felt like a big leap. The theory was tough, the practical training intense—but I absolutely loved it, and I’m proud to say I achieved it all.
Since then, I’ve discovered just how powerful good foot care can be. Whether it's removing a painful corn or simply trimming toenails, the relief and comfort it brings is genuinely rewarding. And it’s not just the feet—sometimes, a one-to-one conversation during an appointment can make just as much of a difference.
Clients often describe me as gentle, professional, and someone who explains things clearly and helps them feel at ease—something I take real pride in.
I’m originally from Brighton, East Sussex, and have recently returned to the UK after living in southwest France with my husband, our two dogs, and two cats. We've now settled in beautiful Lincolnshire for its peaceful countryside, and I’m thrilled to bring my home-based clinic to Gosberton. I’m also a proud mum of two grown-up sons, both married, and grandma to two wonderful grandchildren.
I look forward to welcoming you and helping you put your feet first—with care, compassion, and a personal touch.
